The office manager role is one of the crucial roles that we have on our team.
It allows an individual to be one of the main faces of our organization by interacting with our community and customers.
You will do this by answering phone calls, emails, and serving customers face-to-face in our retail storefront.
This role has a significant impact on the business as it has responsibility for delivering crucial support.

Responsibilities Serve as the point person for customer service, inventory, ordering, accounting, etc.
Serve customers with amazing phone call, email, and in-person experiences.
Develop and implement all data collection and recordkeeping procedures.
Ensure that all items are quoted, invoiced, and paid on time.
Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers.
Manage accounting and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Manage employee HR records and new hire orientation.
Ensure all business licenses and requirements for local, county, state, and federal are met.
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, pest control, and security services to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and to the company's standards.
Qualifications An expert level of customer service with a preference for experience in a retail setting.
Experience in a direct and indirect leadership role.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency with computer systems and software such as MS Office, CRM, POS, and QuickBooks QuickBooks certification is preferred.
Ability to work required hours.
Must have valid driver's license and meet MVR & DOT guidelines.
Must have reliable transportation throughout the workday.
Ability to legally work in the United States.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
